Each year, the University of Guelph recognizes chefs and food professionals, who use Canadian ingredients to make unique, healthy selections, and who follow sustainable management practices.
U of G Food Laureate Anita Stewart says the University is “action central for the food life of Canada”.
She help start the awards in 2010.
