Guelph-based charity “Bracelet Of Hope” will be holding it’s second annual “Yoga for Hope Yogathon” next month. The event will take place at Bishop Macdonell High School on March 11th and will include five classes from several yoga studios in the region and two meditation sessions. Participants will also be given goodie bags and a lunch from Zoup and TryVegan.
The goal of the Yogathon is to raise awareness about health and wellness and to raise money to create homes and jobs as well as promote health in Lesotho, Africa. They hope to raise $10,000 with 100 participants. Registration is $30.
