Locals will be taking the streets tonight to raise funds for the Hungry, Homeless and those Hurting across Canada, in the Coldest Night of The Year walk. As Cold as it will be, Walkers are hoping to accomplish something remarkable by taking part in the walk.
The event begins at 4:00pm, and will see residents walk from city hall to Hope House on Norfolk Street Downtown.
113 communities across Canada will come together to walk To raise funds through Blue Sea Philanthropy.
This year marks the Seventh year that walks have taken place in Canada.
Please Keep in Mind that HOPE House does not have a parking lot. Public Parking lots are located on Baker Street and MacDonnell Streets for a $2 Fee. There is also free street parking throughout Downtown Guelph.
