Pro-Wrestling Legend Ted DiBiase is coming to Ontario to bring his new Interactive Show to fans across the region. DiBiase who Wrestled for Vince McMahon’s WWE and Ted Turner’s WCW between 1987 and 1999, found Christianity in the mid-90’s and will be sharing stories of his career and how his path to god helped him cope with a lot of the consequences the fast-paced lifestyle brings with it. DiBiase will be sharing his stories from the road but says that unlike other Wrestlers and Athletes who have done these types of shows in the past, his stories will not be “Raunchy”. He is an ordained Minister after all. He will share stories of the fun times but says you won’t get a gossip corner from him. DiBiase also wants fans to know that his show will serve more or less as a public forum to ask questions. He isn’t going out there to Preach to fans about Christianity, but if they ask about it, he’ll gladly answer their question. He also reiterates that whether or not you believe in God, there is a simple lesson to be learned from it. By living life through the basic principles that are taught within Christianity, you’re going to live a better life whether you believe in the big guy upstairs or not. DiBiase headlined several WrestleMania Events with Vince McMahon’s WWE (Then known as the WWF), including WrestleMania IV at Trump Plaza in 1988. DiBiase also tells us his favourite match took place inside the Roger’s Centre (Then known as the Skydome) against Jake “The Snake” Roberts at WrestleMania VI in 1990.
“The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase will make a stop in Fergus at the Goofie Newfie Pub on April 8th.
Tickets are available at the Venue for $25 that includes Admission, a Q&A with DiBiase and a Meet and Greet.
