Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health is reminding parents that high school students will be suspended on March 22nd and elementary students the first week of April if their immunization records have not been updated.
Public Health says there are still five-thousand high school and elementary students facing suspension.
In January, notices were sent to around 11-thousand students with incomplete records.
Officials are working with school boards and principals to reduce that number in the next few weeks.
Immunization records can be updated by visting the Public Health website.
