A motorcyclist was thrown from his bike last night on Victoria Street in Kitchener.
Waterloo Regional Police say a car was making a turn, when the motorcycle struck it and police say speed may have been a factor.
They say that charges are pending.
And, yesterday morning, a construction worker was airlifted to Hamilton hospital with a severe, but non-life threatening injury to his right arm. He had been operating a cement mixer at the time.
He had to be lowered to the ground by a construction crane.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
