A 21 year old Guelph man is charged with assault, theft, possession of stolen property and drugs, two counts of breach of probation and trespassing.
The man was caught with stolen items and suspected meth at Stone Road Mall, after a security guard was assaulted, prompting a call to police.
The man was under condition to not enter the mall.
