The crown told the court that a Cambridge woman’s death was part of a murder-suicide plot, and her husband didn’t follow through.
Linda Sauve was shot to death in 2014.
Her husband, 62-year-old Clark Sauve, testified that two woman broke into their home. but police say they never found any evidence of that.
They did find a semi-automatic pistol under his bed, and gun shot residue on his hands.
He was found guilty yesterday of second degree murder. Sauve returns to court July 2o for sentencing.
