The Friends of the Guelph Public Library’s giant book sale is on for this year.
On its web site, the group has announced that this year’s event will take place, in the same locale as last year.
It’s a large empty warehouse at 69 Huron Street.
It was formerly used by the W.C. Wood Company, and the Wood family has donated it, again, for this year’s book sale.
This is the 11th annual event, and it takes place October 20th to the 22nd.
They will start collecting donations for this years sale, in early August.
Last year, over 8 thousand visitors spent over 100 thousand dollars at the sale.
