The province is funding upgrades and repairs on agencies in Guelph/Wellington.
Guelph MPP Liz Sandals made the announcement today. The Ontario government is putting $90,000 towards Family Counseling & Support Services for Guelph-Wellington to build out the current facility to support program needs.
Community Living Guelph Wellington also gets $38,000 for a new sprinkler system, and$5,200 to re-pave their driveway.
The Investment is part of Ontario’s Partner Facility Renewal Program.
Later in the day, Sandals stopped St Joseph’s Hospital, to announce funding for repairs and upgrades to four hospitals in the region.
Groves Memorial will receive $760,511, Guelph General gets $664,912, St Joseph’s receives $270,228 while North Wellington Health Care Corporation will get $181,188
