A couple of angry drivers are charged with traffic offenses following a collision between a Tractor Trailer and an E-Bike on Tuesday Afternoon.
Waterloo Regional Police responded to the scene of the accident on Victoria Street North in Woolwich Township, after police say a 69 year old truck driver from Stratford purposely cut off a 50 year old Kitchener man riding his E-Bike, forcing him off the road.
The truck driver is charged with dangerous driving, not having operational brake and turn signal lights, and for not having an insurance card present.
Meantime, the E-Bike rider is charged for operating his vehicle while under suspension and without insurance or a permit.
The rider of the bike suffered minor injuries in the collision.
