Police are looking for help in identifying the body that was found in the Grand River yesterday morning at the Parkhill Dam.
The body had shown obvious signs of death. The body was found teetering right on top of the dam and it’s not known how long it had been there. An autopsy will be performed to identify the man’s cause of the death.
At this point the Waterloo Police have not said whether this death will be treated as suspicious or not.
It’s estimated that the deceased man is between 25 and 40 years of age. Anyone who may be able to help the police in their investigation is asked to call them or Crime Stoppers.
