A 19 year old man from Erin has been arrested after the windows at Erin Public School were smashed earlier this month.
Wellington County OPP were called to the school on August 20 for reports of people yelling and property being destroyed.
By the time officers arrived on scene, the suspects had taken off and 15 of the school’s windows were smashed, causing an estimated $15,000 in damage.
On Thursday, police announced they had arrested Brandon John Adams and charged him with Mischief Over $5,000.
“The OPP would like to thank the public for their assistance as information provided to them was instrumental in the apprehension of the person responsible for this crime,” OPP said in a media release.
Adams is scheduled to appear in a Guelph court in October.
