Wellington OPP say doctors have upgraded the condition of a 13-year old Guelph boy who was airlifted to a trauma centre on Saturday following a head-on collision. The youth is now listed in stable condition.
The accident occurred late in the afternoon after police say two vehicles crashed while driving through a vacant field north of Guelph near Woodlawn Road and Wellington Road 39.
Eight others were treated in hospital for minor injuries.
Police continue to investigate the incident and say charges are pending.
