You may remember my friend Sean who went to Nepal a couple of years ago as a part of Leave For Change, "a program which allows Canadians to transform their vacation into an opportunity to volunteer abroad and help make a contribution towards the Millennium Developmen Goals. Leave For Change is a program run by Uniterra and partners Uniterra with both a sponsoring employer and volunteer employees. Uniterra provides the work of connecting with local agencies in developing countries and managing the logistics of the trip. "

Sean is off again, this time to Indonesia, however this time, his trip is planned on his own. In addition to travelling and visiting family, he will be volunteering for two weeks at a non-profit training centre founded by his uncle.
